Privacy

This site is operated by the CharityControl team. The short version:

• No tracking cookies. We count page views and funnel steps server-side, without identifying you.
• The Check is anonymous until you choose otherwise. Answers are stored against a random identifier so your results link works.
• Contact details are collected only when you give them: to email you your results, or to create a workspace. We use them for that purpose. Saving your results does not opt you into marketing.
• Public register data about charities comes from the Charity Commission's published extract.
• One functional cookie, set only if you pick a charity to size the free tools to. It stores that charity's public register name, number and income band, nothing about you, and is not used for tracking. Clear it any time with the "clear" link on the bar, or by deleting the cc_charity cookie.
• Deletion: email dpo@charitycontrol.co.uk and we'll delete your assessment and contact details.
